Russia to provide UNSC with data for chem weapons' use by Syrian rebels

Russia will provide the UN Security Council with data proving that the chemical weapons near Damascus were used by the opposition, Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov said. The materials were handed to Russia by the Syrian government of Bashar Assad.

“We have plenty of reports on chemical weapons use, which indicate that the opposition regularly resorts to provocations in order to trigger strikes and intervention against Syria,” Lavrov said. “There’s a lot of data. It’s widely available on the Internet. This data is presented in the report, which our experts put together in association with the use of chemical weapons in Aleppo in March this year. There’s also plenty of data on the incidents that occurred in August in Ghouta, near Damascus.”

“All of this will be considered in the Security Council, together with a report, which was submitted by UN experts, confirming that chemical weapons were used,” he added.

The minister stressed that “it’s yet to be established,” which side in the Syrian conflict – opposition or government – is responsible for the use of chemical weapons.


The Russian FM said that the Syrian authorities handed the data to Russia’s deputy foreign minister, Sergey Ryabkov, who is currently on a visit in Damascus.


“I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m sure that the experts are going to work with it and, of course, we’ll provide it to the security council,” he added.

‘No Russian chemical weapons in Syria’ – Kremlin

Neither Russia, nor the USSR has ever supplied chemical weapons to any other foreign state, Sergey Ivanov, the head of the Kremlin’s administration, stressed.

"Nobody disputes the fact that the Soviet Union has never shipped warheads armed with sarin to Syria or any other country,” the official is cited as saying by Interfax-Ukraina news agency.

The statement comes after the report by the UN experts in Syria claimed that a rocket found on the site of the August 21 chemical attack near Damascus had writings in Cyrillic on it.

According to Ivanov, the ammunition used in the chemical attack in Ghouta, near the Syrian capital was most likely “backyard produced.”

Previously, US Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, said that there’s plenty of chemical arms in the Syria, which was supplied to the country by the Russians.

The US and its allies blame Assad forces for using sarin gas against civilians in a chemical attack near the Syrian capital, Damascus, on August 21.

Despite the Syrian government denying the accusations and no proof of its guilt being presented by Washington, Obama announced that there would be “limited military” action against Assad because the use of chemical weapons can’t be tolerated.

But the US strikes were put on hold after a Russian proposal to hand the Syrian chemical weapons arsenal to international inspectors for destruction, a plan that received the full backing of Assad’s government.

The civil war, in which the Syrian government is fighting what it calls Western-backed Islamist militants, has been raging in the Arab country since March 2011, and has claimed over 100,000 lives, according to UN estimates.

False Flag Bombshell on Syria Right in Front of Our Faces
On January 29, 2013, a Daily Mail article was published by Louise Boyle that reported: "Leaked emails have allegedly proved that the White House gave the green light to a chemical weapons attack in Syria that could be blamed on Assad's regime and in turn, spur international military action in the devastated country." You may want to read this quote once again. Yes, based on this, it looks like this whole entire Syria chemical weapons attack fiasco was a staged false flag operation with the approval of the Obama administration; and this was reported almost eight months ago.

The article was based on an email exchange between two senior officials from Britam Defence, a British-based defense contractor. These emails were intercepted and leaked by a Malasyan hacker who also claimed to have obtained "senior executives resumés and copies of passports via an unprotected company server".

It looks like the Daily Mail article was based on an article written on Infowars.com by Paul Joseph Watson. The Infowars.com article does state that a Britam spokesman admitted that they were hacked; however, "denied that those emails were genuine".

Let me tell you this. Reading all of this information eight months later; seeing what has happened since; and connecting all the dots; it looks to me like this spokesperson was covering up a massive blunder. The US Government has a long history of setting up false flag attacks in order to instigate conflicts, sway public opinion, maintain a fear-based society, and of course conform to the "powers that were" control structure of the "elite" families.

'Secretary of State John Kerry is calling for the overthrow and murder of his friend, Syria's president Assad, claiming definitively that he used chemical weapons against his own people.

John Kerry was a frequent visitor of Assad's over the last few years. Perhaps no one in U.S. politics knows him better than Kerry who was complimentary of Assad as short as 2 years ago when he referred to him as a "very generous man".'

Kerry (America) has not provided the world with any proof other than grainy videos allegedly taken during the event and a declassified report which is probably as reliable as Bush's Iraq 45 minutes to nuclear launch reports. Assad has emphatically denied the accusations, and no independent source has yet confirmed America's claims. 

"Well, I personally believe that -- I mean, this is my belief, okay? But President Assad has been very generous with me in terms of the discussions we have had. And when I last went to -- the last several trips to Syria -- I asked President Assad to do certain things to build the relationship with the United States and sort of show the good faith that would help us to move the process forward," Kerry said in 2011.

It's hard to believe the notion that Assad would be so foolish. The strategic idiocy in launching chemical attacks, not on the rebel fighters but on civilian loyalists near Damascus, knowing full well that it would invite Western intervention makes very little sense. 

We are supposed to believe that Assad, who speaks perfect English, is stupid and evil. 

Not likely. In fact, Assad was actually a strong ally in fighting Al Qaeda until America teamed up with Al Qaeda to destroy him and his country.

Here is something that was just shared with me on Facebook:
So, Secretary of State John Kerry referenced this photograph when making his speech today, trying to drive home how awful the Syrian chemical attack was as he tried to convince us why we should go to war. One problem. The picture isn't even from Syria. It's from Iraq in 2003. The photographer, Marco di Lauro, said he nearly "fell off his chair" when he saw it was being used to promote a war in Syria. It's getting pretty disturbing to see how far our politicians, both Republican and Democrat, are willing to go to drum up support for a war nobody wants.

From the Anthony’s wife dialog with her friend it’s clear the video with the children killed in the chemical attack near Damascus was staged by U.S. Intelligence.

Published data indicate Washington is willing to do anything to achieve its goals in the Middle East. Support for the Syrian opposition with political means and weapons hasn’t brought the expected results.

Under the circumstances the U.S. is ready once again to violate international law and attack Syria without UN Security Council approval. The world’s still the same – if policy doesn’t work, the aircraft carriers start acting!

Hacker released a statement on Pastebin in which he also stated that he had no time to look through all their mails, might be more information he get and at last he said “I will upload their correspondence later.”

I've decided to put this post back up as it is a great illustration of how things may not always look as they first appear. Personally, I believe this event has False Flag written all over it. However, if you watch both of these videos, what you will see is the same scene, only scrutinized much more closely in the second clip. All it takes is a little HD and slow motion and dust quickly transmutes into a guy throwing down a blanket. I couldn't, in good conscious, leave this up without providing the new perspective. ~BK
